Job summary

Samsung UK & Ireland is seeking a Retail Operations Executive to support the day-to-day delivery of retail operations across technology, maintenance, assets, reporting, and projects. You will collaborate with internal teams, field teams, suppliers and retail partners to keep the estate connected, compliant, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

You’ll help manage launches, track KPIs, and drive improvements while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and Excel/PowerPoint

Qualifications

• Experience in retail operations or similar operational environment.
• Highly organised with ability to manage multiple priorities, systems and deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proactive problem-solver with excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting tools and Microsoft Office (Excel/PowerPoint).
• Willing to travel across UK & Ireland as required.
• Commitment to 2–3 office or offsite days per week.

Responsibilities

• Support the operational delivery of Samsung’s UK & Ireland retail estate, including launches and in-life initiatives.
• Coordinate retail technology, connectivity, maintenance and operational requests, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved.
• Support the management of retail assets, demo devices, inventory and returns.
• Maintain accurate trackers, reporting and operational records, monitoring KPIs and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams, field teams, suppliers and retail partners.
• Support operational projects, pilots and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify issues, coordinate solutions and help ensure Samsung’s retail standards are consistently delivered.

Join us and help deliver operational excellence across Samsung’s UK & Ireland retail estate, supporting more than 2,400 retail locations.

As a Retail Operations Executive, you’ll support the day-to-day delivery of Samsung’s retail operations, working across retail technology, maintenance, assets, reporting and operational projects. You’ll collaborate with internal teams, field teams, suppliers and retail partners to keep the estate connected, compliant and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

WHAT YOU’LL BE UP TO

• Support the operational delivery of Samsung’s UK & Ireland retail estate, including launches and in-life initiatives.
• Coordinate retail technology, connectivity, maintenance and operational requests, ensuring issues are tracked and resolved.
• Support the management of retail assets, demo devices, inventory and returns.

Competitive Salary: £31,500 + 10% Performance Related Bonus
