Clarks is seeking a Sales Team Member to provide an excellent consumer experience in-store while achieving set targets. You will drive sales through the Clarks selling model, support day-to-day store operations, and help maintain high retail standards both on the shop floor and in back of house.

Qualifications

• Provide a great consumer experience in-store and help achieve store KPI targets.
• Maintain brand standards and product knowledge to assist customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and use technology to enhance the consumer's experience.
• Support the achievement of store KPIs by delivering sales at target levels.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to ensure high brand and retail standards.
• Follow a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish as required.
