Clarks is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to deliver a great consumer experience in-store and help achieve set KPIs by effectively selling shoes and accessories. You will support day-to-day store maintenance, both front and back of house, and maintain high brand standards.

Ideal candidates will consistently deliver excellent customer service, stay knowledgeable about products, and be flexible to work weekends and bank holidays as part of a 7-day shift pattern.

Formación

• Experience delivering a great brand experience.
• Ability to help customers with product questions and recommendations.
• Proactive in maintaining store standards and merchandising.
• Comfortable working with technology to enhance the customer journey.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience and use technology to enhance customer experience.
• Support achievement of store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by management.
• Maintain sales floor and back of house to uphold brand standards.
• Be flexible to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures and maintain visual merchandising standards.
