Clarks in Cambridge is seeking a reliable Sales Associate to provide a great in-store experience while hitting set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories through the Clarks selling models and maintain high retail standards.

You will deliver excellent customer service, stay up to date with product knowledge, assist with stock and merchandising, and support store KPI achievement with a positive attitude.

Competenze

• Experience in a retail selling environment is preferred.
• Demonstrates reliability and enthusiasm for in-store customer service.
• Ability to meet and exceed store KPIs and targets.

Mansioni

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers’ experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI’s by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
