Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to help us maintain high standards day after day. You’ll motivate your team, take responsibility for the shop floor, and keep our store running smoothly in a fast-paced, challenging environment.

As a Retail Shift Manager at Lidl, you’ll help us maintain our high standards day after day. From motivating your team to taking responsibility for the shop floor, you’ll keep our store running like clockwork, thriving in a fast-paced and challenging environment. In return, we’ll give you a competitive hourly pay rate based on equal opportunity and pay structures, plus an extra £2.00 per hour for work during bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for night shifts, as well as a generous benefits package designed to support your well-being and life outside of Lidl.
