Job summary

Lidl is recruiting a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom. You’ll lead a team on a busy shop floor, drive daily operations and ensure excellent customer service while upholding Lidl’s standards.

You’ll receive a competitive hourly rate of £15.45, with enhanced holiday entitlement (30–35 days pro rata), bank holiday uplifts, and a comprehensive benefits package designed to support you and your family in a fast-paced retail environment.

What you'll do

• Motivate and support your team, learning from our Leadership and Company Principles
• Swiftly solve problems and delegate tasks
• Create an environment where your colleagues can succeed alongside you
• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
• Give our customers the very best experience every time they visit your store
