Job summary

Lidl GB is seeking a Retail Shift Manager in the United Kingdom to lead a store team, manage daily operations, and ensure excellent customer service. The role offers an hourly rate of £15.45–£15.95, a 35-hour contract, and generous holiday entitlement on a pro rata basis.

Additional benefits include a 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension, and long service awards. Bank holiday pay and night shift supplements are also provided.

• Manage operations within your Store and colleagues in the absence of the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager.
• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly.
