Job summary

Lidl is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to help maintain store standards and lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive performance on the shop floor, manage operations, and act as a leader in the store during shifts.

The role offers an hourly rate (£15.45–£15.95) with a 40-hour contract, weekend availability, and a holiday allowance pro rata. Additional benefits include in-store discount, enhanced family leave, pension, and long service awards.
