Lidl GB in Milton Keynes is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a store team, maintain high standards, and keep the shop floor running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate colleagues, manage store operations, and drive excellent customer experiences.

• Handle freshness, cash processes, inventory and stock management to make sure shifts run smoothly
