Job summary

Krispy Kreme UK & IRE is hiring a Retail Shift Leader in Belfast. You will lead shift operations on the shop floor, serve customers, and ensure the store runs smoothly with a strong focus on delivering great doughnuts and service.

You will manage frontline activities, motivate the team, handle till duties, and contribute to a welcoming store environment. Flexibility for weekends and full-time availability is essential.

As a team member, you’ll be the friendly face welcoming guests, serving up fresh doughnuts and drinks, and keeping the store looking great and running smoothly.

This role includes lone working, so you’ll need to feel confident handling the store independently. For that reason, all applicants must be 18 or over.

We’ll give you full training and support — all you need is a great attitude, strong customer service skills, and the desire to grow your career one sweet moment at a time.

What you’ll be doing (besides making dreams come true):

• You’ll run the show on shift front and centre with customers, serving up smiles (and doughnuts!), boosting sales, and keeping everything safe, clean, and on point.You’ll guide your team, build them up, and keep the energy buzzing. You’ll be hands‑on: working the till, serving up hot & cold drinks, boxing up those irresistible treats, and making our cabinet look as good as our doughnuts taste.
• You’ll also jump into the behind‑the-scenes magic: stock checks, weekly wrap‑ups, team recruitment, and making sure everyone’s happy to be here. When your manager’s away, you’ll hold down the fort like a boss.
