Qualifications

• Age: 18+ (legal requirement)
• SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence required
• BS7858 vetting: 5 years of verifiable work and address history
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible in approach
• Smart, professional appearance with a friendly and approachable attitude
• Security experience welcomed; willingness to learn
• Engage positively with clients and the public
• Excellent people skills and ability to build trust

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of colleagues, offering reassurance and empathy
