Carlisle Support Services is seeking enthusiastic Relief Retail Security Officers to join our team across North Wales, working with Tesco and other partners. You will receive full training and support to succeed, with flexible hours and shift patterns from early morning to night.

The role focuses on maintaining safety, deterrence, and high levels of customer service, covering holidays and sickness, with a friendly, professional approach and the opportunity to develop a career in security.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old for licensable activity.
• SIA guarding or door supervision licence is required.
• 5 years checkable work/address history.
• Reliable, punctual, flexible with smart appearance.
• Strong communication with clients and the public.

Responsibilities

• Provide a smart, visible security presence and deterrent.
• Control access and egress; conduct security patrols.
• Manage incidents with effective conflict resolution.
• Engage pro-actively with the public and assist customers.
• Follow safety and security procedures and work as a team.
