Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking a professional Retail Security Officer to join the team at Tesco Great Dunmow. This role focuses on safeguarding customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering friendly, attentive service.

You will conduct regular store patrols, deter theft, monitor incidents and CCTV, complete accurate reports, and support fellow staff as needed, maintaining a calm, professional presence at all times.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence required.
• Full 5-year checkable work history.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, reliable and confident approach.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols throughout the store
• Act as a visible deterrent to theft and anti-social behaviour
• Monitor and respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate reports and maintain records of incidents
• Monitor CCTV systems where authorised
• Support store management and colleagues as required
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers when needed
