Responsibilities

• Safely detain offenders following H&S training.
• Utilize store security systems, including CCTV.
• Collaborate with covert security operatives.
• Investigate losses and support inquiries.
• Complete incident reports and documentation.
• Conduct routine patrols to ensure customer safety.
• Provide security updates during store briefings.
