Job summary

Kingdom Group is seeking a Retail Security Officer to join Tesco Immingham on a full-time permanent basis. You will provide a professional security presence, deter theft, and support daily store operations while delivering excellent customer service.

The role requires a valid SIA licence, strong communication skills, and the ability to work a 40-hour, 5-days-in-7 rota with shifts from 15:00 to 23:00. Competitive hourly pay and benefits accompany the position.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence is essential.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional, confident and reliable approach.
• Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous retail security experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide a professional and highly visible security presence within the store.
• Deter theft, anti-social behaviour, and other security-related incidents.
• Respond to incidents calmly, professionally, and in line with company procedures.
• Carry out regular patrols of the store and surrounding areas.
• Monitor CCTV systems where applicable.
• Deliver excellent customer service to customers and colleagues.
• Complete accurate incident reports and relevant documentation.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment at all times.
• Work closely with store management and colleagues to support operational requirements.
