Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking a Retail Security Officer for M&S Whitstable to help create a safe, welcoming store environment. This customer-facing role requires professionalism, a calm approach under pressure, and strong communication to protect people, assets and the shopping experience.

You’ll work as part of the store team, respond to incidents, deter theft, assist customers and colleagues, and uphold the M&S gold standard.

Qualifications

• 5 years trackable working history in the UK.
• Experience in customer-facing environments is preferred.
