Job summary

Lodge Service is seeking a Security Officer to protect staff, customers and stock across our retail locations. You will work as part of a small, dynamic team ensuring safety, delivering excellent customer service and acting as a visible deterrent at all times.

With a valid SIA license and a focus on professional conduct, you will partner with store management to prevent theft and uphold procedures. UK right to work and a 5-year history are required, with a City-centre or retail security

Qualifications

• Valid SIA license required.
• UK right to work & 5-year history.
• Retail security experience preferred.
• Good communication and a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Protect staff, stock & customers.
• Prevent theft and deter incidents.
• Partner with store management teams.
• Deliver professionalism and customer service at all times.
• Use ASCONE for shoplifting prevention.
• Ensure the safety of employees and customers.
