Lodge Service is seeking a Security Officer to join our team in a busy retail environment in the Portsmouth area. The role focuses on protecting staff, customers and stock while delivering high standards of customer service.

Ideal candidates will hold a valid SIA licence, have UK right to work with a 5-year history, and present a smart, professional appearance. Retail security experience is preferred and training is provided.

Responsabilités

• Protect staff, stock and customers.
• Prevent theft and deter disruptions.
• Partner with store management to maintain security.
• Deliver professionalism and excellent customer service.
• Use ASCONE for shoplifting prevention where applicable.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers.
• Maintain a visible security presence on site.
