Lodge Service is seeking a Security Officer to protect staff, customers and premises across our retail locations. You'll be a visible deterrent, deliver professional customer service, and work closely with store management.

Must hold a valid SIA license, have right to work in the UK, and demonstrate calm under pressure. Retail security experience is preferred; training and career progression are available.

Qualifications

• Valid SIA Licence (UK) required.
• UK right to work with 5-year history preferred.
• Customer service skills essential.
• Smart appearance required.
• Ability to follow procedures and stay calm under pressure.
• Retail security experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Protect staff, stock & customers across the site.
• Prevent theft and deter crime through a professional presence.
• Partner with store management to safeguard assets.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and professionalism.
• Utilise security tools and procedures to prevent shoplifting.
• Ensure safety of employees and customers at all times.
• Maintain a visible deterrent presence to enhance store security.
