Kingdom Group is recruiting a Retail Security Officer (Relief Officer) to cover Tesco locations in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas. You will travel between stores to provide relief cover for holidays and sickness while ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.

This role requires a valid SIA licence and the ability to travel across stores within a 10-15 mile radius. Full flexibility and weekend work are expected.

Pay: £13.47 per hour
Hours: 0 - 35 Hours Per Week
Shifts: Monday - Sunday (Full Flexibility Required)

About the Role

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking a professional and reliable Retail Security Officer (Relief Officer) to join our Lincoln and Sleaford team.

This role involves providing relief cover for holidays, sickness, and other absences across multiple Tesco locations. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering excellent customer service and acting as a visible security presence.

The successful candidate must be able to travel and work across multiple stores within a 10-15 mile radius and be fully flexible to meet the needs of the business.

• Lincoln - LN2 4QQ
• Wisbech - PE14 0RG
• Lincoln High Street - LN2 1HW
• Boston - PE21 7JD
• Lincoln 1 - LN5 8HS
• Sleaford - NG34 7BB

Please note: Sleaford must be covered 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days spent providing relief cover across the Lincoln stores.

Key Responsibilities

Shift Patterns

As a relief officer, shift times will vary depending on store requirements. Typical shifts include:

Early Shift: 07:00 - 15:00
Late Shift: 15:00 - 23:00 / Midnight (depending on the store)

Full flexibility is essential, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
