The role requires excellent customer focus and the ability to interact confidently with the public while maintaining security standards. The ideal candidate will have a valid SIA DS, a full 5-year checkable work/education history, and the ability to work on their own initiative.

• Customer focused and comfortable to interact and deal with members of the public on a day-to-day basis
• React promptly and appropriately to any security issues that may arise
• Have the ability to work well individually and as part of a busy team
