Job summary

Carlisle Support Services, in partnership with Tesco, is seeking a Retail Security Officer in Redditch to ensure the safety and wellbeing of colleagues and customers. You will provide a visible security presence, conduct patrols, manage access points, and respond to incidents with care.

The ideal candidate will hold an SIA Guarding or Door Supervision licence, be 18+, and willing to undergo BS7858 vetting. We offer full training, a competitive hourly rate of £14.15, 39 hours per week, and access
