Job Overview

Mitie is looking for a Retail Security Officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment, free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Requirements

• Hold a current SIA license or SIA Certificates (training can be provided in some circumstances)
• Have a full 5-year checkable employment/education history

Main Duties

• Deliver industry-leading customer service
• Deter violence and public order offences
• Conduct patrols of the store
• Utilise CCTV systems to support crime reduction and stock loss prevention
• Liaise with store management and police/crime partnerships
• Wear Body Worn CCTV to enhance safety and crime reduction
