Job summary

Kingdom Group seeks a Retail Security Officer (Relief Officer) to cover Tesco locations in Lincoln and Sleaford. You will patrol stores, deter theft, monitor incidents, and complete incident reports while delivering excellent customer service.

Ability to travel between sites within a 10–15 mile radius and work across multiple stores is essential. The role offers flexible shifts, including early and late windows, with full flexibility required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular patrols throughout the stores.

• Monitor incidents and emergencies and respond appropriately.

• Monitor CCTV where authorised.
• Support store management and colleagues as required.
• Deliver excellent customer service and assist customers.
• Protect customers, colleagues and store assets.

Location: Lincoln & Sleaford Area (Multiple Tesco Stores)

Pay: £13.47 per hour

Hours: 0 - 35 Hours Per Week

Shifts: Monday - Sunday (Full Flexibility Required)

Requirement: Valid SIA Licence Required & Ability to Travel Between Stores

About The Role

Kingdom Group, a trusted partner to Tesco, is seeking a professional and reliable Retail Security Officer (Relief Officer) to join our Lincoln and Sleaford team.

This role involves providing relief cover for holidays, sickness, and other absences across multiple Tesco locations. You will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for customers, colleagues, and store assets while delivering excellent customer service and acting as a visible security presence.

The successful candidate must be able to travel and work across multiple stores within a 10-15 mile radius and be fully flexible to meet the needs of the business.

Stores Covered

• Lincoln - LN2 4QQ
• Lincoln High Street - LN2 1HW
• Brayford - LN1 1BN
• St Marks - LN5 7AA
• Lincoln 1 - LN5 8HS
• Sleaford - NG34 7BB

Please note: Sleaford must be covered 2-3 days per week, with the remaining days spent providing relief cover across the Lincoln stores.

Key Responsibilities

Shift Patterns

As a relief officer, shift times will vary depending on store requirements. Typical shifts include:

Early Shift: 07:00 - 15:00

Late Shift: 15:00 - 23:00 / Midnight (depending on the store)

Full flexibility is essential, including weekends and bank holidays where required.
