Retail Sales Trainer

Opportunity to join our Honor Retail Sales Trainer team

Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000 to £38,000 per annum on target earnings + Company car

Working: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Territory: Northampton , Swindon, Reading, Oxfordshire, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire.

What You'll Do:

• Train & Inspire -Turn retail staff into Honor Brand Ambassadors through engaging training
• Build Relationships -Form productive ties with retail outlets, ensuring top-notch Honor product visibility & availability
• Maximize Awareness -Boost brand presence through compliance, merchandising, and product initiatives

Requirements:

• Drive -A full manual UK driving license for at least 12 months
• Tech Passion -Stay current with the latest tech trends
• Charisma -Confident presentation skills and a passion for training
• Communication -Strong influencer with excellent communication skills
• Results -Proven track record of surpassing targets
