Full time – 37.5 hours per week - Shift patterns between Monday and Saturday
Up to £35,000 basic salary per annum
Up to £10,000 bonus per annum

What will you be doing?

Duties include but are not limited to;

• Responsible for the onboarding and induction of new starters into the sales department
• Work alongside the sales leadership team to develop and deliver sales onboarding for your territory, in line with the company KPI’s
• Deliver in field training to ensure field sales executives achieve the company KPI’s
• Complete observational training and deliver feedback to sales colleagues and their line managers in line with the company structure
• Coach the field sales team to sell full fibre broadband and affiliated products, primarily to the B2C market but also to the B2B market
• Reviewing team performance with the Head of Sales, supporting key areas and individuals requiring training support
• Ability to close sales via door to door selling to demonstrate best practice
  
  

Essential Requirements

• A full UK driving license
• Access to a vehicle that meets our safety specifications
• Minimum 1 year sales coaching experience
• Minimum 2 years sales experience
• Evidence of coaching in a sales environment
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office365 program suite (specifically Microsoft Powerpoint)
