Job summary

VPZ Lowestoft is hiring a Retail Sales Specialist to join our team in a fast-growing vaping retailer. This is a part-time role, 20 hours per week, located in Lowestoft, with a starting rate of £12.71 per hour plus commission.

You will deliver excellent customer care and drive in-store sales while maintaining stock levels and supporting the store manager. Ideally you have retail sales experience in a customer-facing environment and a passion for delivering great service.

Role: Retail Sales Specialist

Hours: 20 Hour per week

Starting Rate: £12.71 p/h + Commission

This is a fantastic Lowestoft based opportunity for someone looking to work in an exciting, and rapidly growing industry.

Ideally, you will have retail sales experience in a customer facing environment;

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Provide excellent customer care & advice
• Retail sales
• Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately
• Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-day running of the store

This role requires a level of flexibility that includes regular additional hours and overtime in line with business and operational needs. As such, applicants must be legally permitted to work beyond a fixed 20 hours per week.
