Job summary

VPZ in Greenock is looking for a Retail Sales Specialist to join our growing vaping retail network. This 20-hour-per-week role offers a starting rate of £12.71 per hour plus commission, with excellent product and sales training provided.

You will deliver great customer care, handle retail sales, maintain stock levels, and help drive store performance. Applicants should be 18+, legally permitted to work in the UK, and ready for flexible hours including overtime.

This is a fantastic Greenock based opportunity for someone looking to work in an exciting, and rapidly growing industry.

VPZ is the UK’s number one vape retailer. Since opening our first store in Edinburgh, we've expanded to over 190 locations across the UK and we're not stopping there. We are known for setting and driving the standards within the vape industry and providing excellent product and sales training.

Ideally, you will have retail sales experience in a customer facing environment;

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Provide excellent customer care & advice
• Retail sales
• Ensure stock levels are maintained accurately
• Increase customer retention by delivering consistently high levels of customer service
• Assist the manager and wider team in the day-to-step running of the store

This role requires a level of flexibility that includes regular additional hours and overtime in line with business and operational needs. As such, applicants must be legally permitted to work beyond a fixed 20 hours per week.
