Responsibilities

• Deliver a positive and welcoming experience for customers, providing support and product information where required.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and promote complementary items to meet sales objectives.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and presentation on the shop floor.
• Keep fixtures, displays, and stock areas clean, organised, and well maintained.
• Replenish stock and ensure products are available and correctly displayed.
• Process transactions, handle cash, and assist with deliveries.
• Use in-store technology and systems to support customer enquiries and daily store operations.
• Follow company policies, health and safety requirements at all times.
• Collaborate with colleagues to support day-to-day store operations.
• Take on additional duties as reasonably required.
