Salary: £25,936.20 + London Allowance £3,500.00 + Company Van (for personal use) + Fuel card + up to £800 quarterly execution bonus.

Tax-free expense allowance: £520pa.

About the role

Schwartz is seeking a full-time Retail Sales Merchandiser covering Central and East London (Edmonton, N18). Working 40 hours/week, Monday to Saturday (Wednesday off), with flexibility on start times. No Sunday work, except at Christmas with double pay.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with major supermarkets like Tesco, ASDA, and Morrisons.
• Utilize technology to ensure product availability and record execution in-store.
• Deliver stock daily to ensure 100% shelf availability and compliance.
• Manage store records, including inventory.

Candidate Profile

• Full UK driving license, right to work in the UK, UK bank account.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Positive attitude, relationship management skills.
• Enjoy outdoor work and physical activity.
• Previous merchandising, retail, or hospitality experience is advantageous.
