Job summary

DCK is a leading fashion jewellery retailer seeking a Retail Sales Merchandiser for Newtownards. The role is 2 hours per week (2 Wednesdays) with start between 9:00am and 5:00pm and requires a driving licence. You’ll support stores in your zone, travel as needed, and work with a Team Leader for coaching and development.

Responsibilities include merchandising to guidelines, stock deliveries, housekeeping, promotions setup, and building strong retailer relationships to boost sales.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a customer facing setting is preferred, working in retail or with fashion brands is a plus.
• Sales and or retail sales experience is preferred.
• Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with up to date operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising our product to visual guidelines.
• Putting out deliveries of new stock.
• Maintaining housekeeping standards.
• Setting up promotional activities.
• Work with host management teams to build relationships and identify sales opportunities.

Role Title - Retail Sales Merchandiser - Newtownards - 2 hours per week

Due to the nature of the role, please ensure you have access to your own vehicle and have a full driving licence.

Shift pattern - 2 Wednesday

Working hours: The required start time for this role is between 9:00am and 5:00pm

Our Retail Assistants provide face to face contact and merchandising expertise within our retail stores. In return, we provide:

You will be based in Newtownards butmay berequired to travel to different stores within your zone. We are looking for those who are available to start as soon as possible.

You will be working alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. Being tech savvy is desirable as we use quite a few apps to make working here as smooth as possible.

Job role:

You will need to be customer-focused, with a friendly, polite, professional and positive attitude.

• Setting up promotional activities

• You will be working with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales.
