• Understanding customer’s requirements, assisting them to select the ideal carpet.
• Arranging estimators to measure and provide quotations.
• Following up on orders and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Taking in deliveries as necessary.
• Arranging work for the fitters.
• Managing the general running of the store.

Your responsibilities

• Following up on orders to ensure deliveries arrive as required. Sending orders and other paperwork to head office.
• Taking in deliveries as necessary.
• Arranging work for the fitters.
• Looking after the general running of the store.
