Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive and achieve sales, KPIs, and profitability goals on the sales floor.
• Lead customer experience and communication to ensure high standards of service.
• Coach and develop store staff; assist in recruitment and training.
• Oversee store operations: POS transactions, exchanges, discounts and refunds; prepare reports.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and shrinkage to meet targets.
• Ensure visual merchandising meets PUMA VM standards.
• Uphold compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Provide insights through sales reporting to drive performance.
