Sweaty Betty is seeking an enthusiastic in-store Sales Assistant in the United Kingdom to create memorable shopping experiences and drive sales. You will help customers choose products, share knowledge about our ranges, and contribute to upbeat store energy.

You will maintain store standards, handle cash, and participate in visual merchandising while supporting our DEI commitments and ongoing training programs.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Retail sales experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Creating amazing experiences for our customers through offering authentic customer service that will leave a lasting impression.
• Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
• Interact with our wonderful customers and educate them on our product, striving to build rapport and lasting relationships.
• Store Standards -maintaining store standards, front and back, including visual merchandising, managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, helping loss prevention and adhering to health & safety procedures.
• Be responsible for cash management and adhere to all policy and procedures for security & health & safety and stock accuracy standards.
• Encourage customer loyalty by discussing upcoming collection launches and obtaining customer data.
