Job summary

CLARK'S is hiring a Sales Team Member to deliver excellent customer service in-store, meet set KPIs, and sell footwear and accessories using our selling models. You’ll help maintain high retail standards on the sales floor and in back-of-house areas, while supporting stock control and cash procedures.

Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, is required. Join CLARK'S and contribute to a positive, energetic in-store experience.

Qualifications

• Prior retail or in-store sales experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays and shifts in a 7-day pattern.

Responsibilities

• Provide a great consumer experience and deliver set sales targets and KPIs.
• Effectively selling shoes and accessories using Clarks selling models.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house standards to uphold brand quality.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures and support merchandising standards.
