Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking a Sales Team Member to deliver a superior in-store customer experience and drive sales while upholding brand standards. You will contribute to maintaining visual merchandising, stock and cash procedures, with a flexible 7-day shift pattern including weekends.

The role emphasizes product knowledge, customer engagement and achieving store KPIs through effective selling of shoes and accessories. Prior retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• No formal degree required, but strong communication and a positive attitude are essential.
• Experience in in-store customer service or retail sales is preferred.
• Ability to learn product knowledge and use selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a great brand experience and up-to-date product knowledge.
• Achieve store KPIs and sales targets as set by management.
• Maintain the sales floor and back-of-house areas to uphold brand standards.
• Be flexible with a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends/bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock procedures in line with company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising and replenish stock as required.
