Job summary

CLARK'S is seeking a Sales Team Member to provide an excellent consumer experience in-store while delivering set targets and KPIs. You will sell shoes and accessories using the Clarks selling models and help maintain high retail standards both front and back of house.

You will be expected to stay up to date with product knowledge, utilise in-store technology to enhance customer experience, and support achievement of store KPIs.

Qualifications

• Customer service and sales abilities are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver a great brand experience, including utilising technology to enhance the consumers' experience and keeping up to date with product knowledge.
• Support the achievement of key store KPI's by delivering sales at target levels set by store Management team.
• Maintain the sales floor and back of house areas in order to deliver high brand and retail standards
• Flexibility to work a 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays.
• Follow cash and stock security procedures to Company standards.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and replenish as required.
