Job summary

Nestlé S.A.’s Nespresso boutique in Kingston is looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant to deliver premium service and drive boutique performance. Two part-time positions are available: 32 hours per week (weekends required) and 16 hours per week (weekends only).

Location: Kingston
Salary: £14.80 per hour

We are recruiting two part time vacancies 32 hours per week (weekend work required) and 16 hours per week (weekends only).

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Sales Assistant, to join our Nespresso boutique in Kingston . If you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso business operates, you could contribute to the growing success of the brand.

Your impact

Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring a premium customer experience through exceptional service and excellent delivery of all elements of boutique performance.

Your other key responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
• Supporting them in finding their perfect cup of coffee and be on hand to deliver service-oriented sales, promoting our unique brand experience.
• Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.

Your ingredients for success

To be successful in this role you will already have retail experience, ideally from a luxury background but we are happy to consider those from a different industry who have the required skill-set.

• The ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with your customer base and be happy to support where needed
