Job summary

The Works Stores Ltd is looking for a Retail Sales Assistant - Keyholder to join our stores on a 12 hour contract. You’ll be the face of our brand on the shop floor, delivering great service and helping customers discover new interests and hobbies.

As a Brand Ambassador and Keyholder, you’ll open and close the store when needed, handle cash, assist with stock and promotions, and support your team to keep the store welcoming and well-presented. A positive, can-do attitude is essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach and engage with customers and make helpful recommendations from our product range.
• Deliver a friendly, knowledgeable and consistently amazing customer experience.
• Maintain excellent store standards, including merchandising, cleanliness and stock replenishment.
• Operate tills accurately and handle transactions with care.
• Support with deliveries, stockroom organisation and product availability.
