The Works Stores Ltd is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to be the face of the brand on the shop floor, delivering exceptional service and engaging conversations with customers.

You will help customers find products, keep the store well stocked and tidy, and assist with cash handling and opening/closing as a Keyholder where needed. A friendly, proactive attitude and team collaboration are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively approach customers and make helpful recommendations from product ranges.
• Deliver a friendly, knowledgeable customer experience.
• Maintain store standards including merchandising and cleanliness.
• Operate tills accurately and handle transactions.
• Support deliveries and stockroom organisation.
• Follow health, safety and loss-prevention procedures.
• Work with the team to meet store targets and KPIs.
• Open and close the store as a Keyholder when applicable.
