Job summary

JG Foods t/a Grape Tree Limited in West Bridgford is seeking confident Retail Sales Assistants to join our team. You will report to the Store Manager and deliver fast, friendly service while keeping the store well stocked and inviting.

The role requires flexibility to work across the week, including weekends, with pay up to £12.71 per hour depending on age. Previous experience in food retail is a plus, and a tidy, customer-focused approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service, ideally with experience in food retail.
• Organised & practically minded; able to roll up sleeves and get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Operate the till in accordance with company instructions and as directed by the manager.
• Provide the highest possible standard of customer service.
• Ensure shelves are well filled/stocked and faced up at all times.
• Assist with maintenance of high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety.
• Observe company rules at all times and report breaches witnessed.
• Co-operate with colleagues ensuring smooth store operation.
