Job summary

JG Foods t/a Grape Tree Limited in Bexleyheath is seeking enthusiastic Retail Sales Assistants to join our new store. You will deliver fast, friendly service, keep shelves stocked and store clean, and help customers find products.

Flexibility is required as the store opens seven days a week; you will report to the Store Manager and work 10 hours weekly, with potential shifts including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide excellent customer service, ideally with experience in food retail.
• Organised and practically minded, able to roll sleeves up and get stuck in.

Responsibilities

• Operate the till in accordance with company instructions and as directed by the manager.
• Provide the highest possible standard of customer service.
• Ensure shelves are well filled/stocked and faced up at all times.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and safety throughout the store.
• Observe company rules and report any breaches.
• Co-operate with colleagues to ensure smooth store operation.
