- Own your wine knowledge, continually learning to support your WSET qualification and confidence in selling.
- Take pride in maintaining the store’s appearance both inside and out.
- Participate in operational tasks such as delivering wine, merchandising, stock deliveries, and customer outreach to drive sales.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety, and legal requirements, completing mandatory training.
- Lead by example, supporting junior team members and providing feedback to your Store Manager.
- As a key holder, understand opening and closing procedures and operate the store independently when needed.
- Willingness to deliver wine in company vans around the local area if required.

- Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for resolving problems.
- Adaptable and resilient to changing business demands.
- Strong communication skills and effective time management.
- Wine knowledge is beneficial, but a passion to learn and pass Level 2 WSET is essential.
- Hold a full UK/EU/EEA driving licence for at least 12 months with no more than 6 penalty points.
What is in it for you:
- Competitive salary.
- Up to 20% staff discount.
- Career development opportunities with internal training schemes.
