Job summary

Petstock Birkenhead Point is seeking an enthusiastic team member to deliver outstanding customer service and educate customers on pet care and products. You will handle sales transactions, maintain store presentation, and stay up-to-date with product knowledge to support a safe, friendly shopping environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for animals and providing the best customer service.
• Experience in a similar retail environment.
• Ability to lift products up to 20kgs.
• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions.

• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring new stock is displayed and replenished.

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions
• Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock
• Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current
• Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day
• Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team
