Job summary

Pets at Home Limited is seeking a Store Colleague to be at the heart of our pet care centres, delivering brilliant customer service and helping create exceptional experiences for our customers. This is a permanent role with contractual hours, not term-time or seasonal.

Availability is required to work on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and one weekend day. Shifts will be scheduled between 7:00AM - 8:15PM, supporting strong customer relationships and smooth store operations while upholding top pet

Please note, this is a permanent role with contractual hours, not a term-time or seasonal position. we’re looking for individuals who can commit beyond short-term availability. Availability is required to work on a Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and one weekend day. Shifts will be scheduled between 7:00AM - 8:15PM. The Role: As a Store Colleague, you'll be key to our success by exceeding customer expectations, upholding top pet care standards, and ensuring excellent operations. You'll also build strong customer relationships, enhancing their experience with us.
