Nestlé's Nespresso pop-up boutique in Battersea Power Station is seeking a dedicated Coffee Specialist for a 3-month FTC, 40 hours per week.

Join us to deliver premium service, help customers choose their perfect cup, and represent the brand with enthusiasm and expertise.

Experience in luxury retail is preferred, but we welcome driven individuals from other sectors who can demonstrate exceptional customer focus and hospitality.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with a passion for hospitality.

We have a full-time (40 hours a week) position available on a 3 month FTC basis.

We are looking for a dedicated and driven Coffee Specialist, to join our Nespresso pop-up boutique in Battersea Power Station. If you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the retail and competitive environment in which the Nespresso business operates, you could contribute to the growing success of the brand.

• Welcoming customers to the boutique and adapting to meet their needs.
• Supporting them in finding their perfect cup of coffee and be on hand to deliver service-oriented sales, promoting our unique brand experience.
• Being a proud and passionate ambassador of Nespresso.

Your ingredients for success

To be successful in this role you will already have retail experience, ideally from a luxury background but we are happy to consider those from a different industry who have the required skill-set.

Other key attributes include:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.We are looking for confident and charismatic individuals who can deliver exceptional customer service.
• The ability to rapidly build strong, working relationships with your customer base and be happy to support where needed
