The job:

Working as part of our Retail team in Worcester for 16 hours a week, you will be vital to the store's success. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and advise on high-value purchases. Your daily tasks will include:

• Providing exceptional service by listening and guiding customers to find the perfect fit
• Greeting customers and understanding their sleep preferences
• Becoming a Sleepmatch Master using our sleep technology to assist customers
• Maintaining store appearance through housekeeping and display updates
