Job Description: Retail Sales Assistant at Elemis

As our Retail Sales Assistant, you will assist in the day-to-day running of the Elemis Account by driving the sales of Elemis products. Your passion for Elemis and providing exceptional product knowledge are essential to ensure strong sales KPIs.

You will ensure link selling and eventing are key components of your role, reporting to the Retail Development Consultant. Your organisation and attention to detail will maintain the Company's standards and deliver an exceptional Elemis experience for each client.

Contract Details

• Type: Permanent
• Weekly Hours: 22.5

Key Responsibilities

• Proactively drive sales to meet and exceed personal and counter targets.
• Raise awareness of the Elemis brand and educate clients on products and range.
• Participate in promotional and PR activities to ensure their success.
• Ensure recommended products are appropriate for clients' needs, considering medical contraindications.
• Assist in recording sales figures and stock levels to meet KPIs.
• Maintain the counter's cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation standards.
• Provide high-standard customer service, handle complaints promptly, and involve the Account Management Team when necessary.
• Keep client information confidential and secure.

Sustainability Responsibilities

• Contribute to Elemis' sustainability goals related to Climate, Biodiversity, and People.
• Be mindful of sustainability when ordering testers and professional products.
• Reduce waste during promotional activities.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.

The Ideal Candidate

• At least 3 years of proven sales experience, including link selling.
• Good educational background equivalent to UK/European standards.
• Passionate about achieving results in a target-driven environment.
• Experience with premium skincare brands, including color products.
• Knowledge of Elemis treatments and products.
• Understanding of Elemis' philosophy.
