Job Description for Retail Team Member at Dreams

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service by listening and guiding customers through their purchases
• Assist customers from greeting to understanding their sleep preferences
• Become a Sleepmatch Master using our sleep technology to recommend suitable mattresses
• Maintain store appearance through housekeeping and updating displays
