Job summary

Wave is seeking a Sales Advisor (Nespresso Coffee Specialist) for John Lewis - Bluewater, a casual weekend role during November and December. You will engage customers, demonstrate premium coffee machines, and drive sales with a passion for coffee.

The position offers pay of £13.45 per hour with bonus potential, uniform provided, and extensive product training. Typical hours are Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00am-6:00pm, with coaching and support to succeed.

As a Nespresso Coffee Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of customer engagement, leading in-store demonstrations, and creating exceptional brand experiences.

Your Role:

• Build strong relationships with customers by sharing your knowledge and passion for coffee.
• Showcase Nespresso's premium coffee machines and products, using your expertise to highlight their unique features.
• Drive customer acquisition by converting interest into successful sales, ensuring customers leave with a memorable experience and a deeper connection to the Nespresso brand.
